We have developed the MED 45 massage roller to provide you with a larger support surface during self-massage. It is 15 cm longer than the MED (30cm long). This massage roller has proven itself in the therapeutic field for a long time. This MED 45 roller is extremely beneficial for the back.
Pain-sensitive or thin people who want a particularly gentle fascia massage are happy to use this massage roller. If you already know the STANDARD, you will be delighted by the elasticity of the MED 45 which is 20 % more flexible. However, it is recommended not to perform standing balance exercises with the massage roller.
